Welcome to Noah’s Detailing. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at noahsdetailing.com and the services we provide. By using our website, booking an appointment, or receiving services from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
About Us
Noah’s Detailing is an auto detailing and window tinting business located at 41133 Raintree Ct., Murrieta, CA 92562, serving customers in Murrieta, Temecula, Menifee, Wildomar, Winchester, and the surrounding Southwest Riverside County area. Services We Offer
We provide auto detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), paint correction, auto window tinting, and residential and commercial window tinting. Some services are available through our mobile detailing operation within approximately 20 miles of Murrieta, while others — including window tinting, paint protection film, ceramic coating, and paint correction — are performed only at our shop. Residential and commercial window tinting is performed at the client’s location. Specific service descriptions, inclusions, and pricing are provided at the time of quoting or booking.
We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue any service at our discretion, including when a vehicle’s condition, location, weather, or safety considerations prevent us from performing the work to our standards.
Booking and Appointments
Appointments can be requested through our website (via our booking system, powered by Jobber), by phone, or by text. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment until we confirm the date, time, and service in writing (by email or text).
Estimates and quotes provided online or over the phone are based on the information you share with us. The final price may be adjusted after we inspect your vehicle in person if its condition differs from what was described — for example, if the interior or exterior requires more work than expected, or if additional services are needed. We will communicate any price changes before starting the work.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking. A 25% deposit is required to confirm appointments for ceramic coating, PPF, and tinting services. Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours of the appointment. Any deposit requirements, refundability, and cancellation terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling terms — including any applicable fees for late cancellations or no-shows — will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary depending on the service.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the service price. No-shows will be charged the full service price.
For mobile appointments, we may also need to reschedule due to weather conditions (rain, extreme heat, or other circumstances that affect quality of work). If we need to reschedule on our end, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to find a new time that works for you.
Your Vehicle and Personal Items
Before your appointment, please remove personal belongings, valuables, and items of sentimental value from your vehicle. We take care with every vehicle we service, but we are not responsible for personal items left inside, including but not limited to electronics, cash, jewelry, documents, sunglasses, child seats, or aftermarket accessories not professionally installed.
You confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorized by the owner to have the work performed. By booking with us, you grant us permission to operate the vehicle as needed to perform the service (for example, moving it within our shop or repositioning it during a mobile appointment).
Pre-Existing Conditions
Auto detailing is restorative work, and results depend on the starting condition of your vehicle. We will always do our best to deliver excellent results, but some issues — including paint defects, deep scratches, dents, oxidation, stains, odors, mechanical issues, electrical issues, worn or damaged trim, faded plastics, water spots that have etched into paint, and rust — may not be fully correctable through detailing. We will point out any conditions we observe and discuss expectations before starting work.
For window tinting and paint protection film installations, results depend in part on the condition of the glass, paint, and surrounding trim. Pre-existing chips, scratches, or paint imperfections may be visible through the film and are not caused by the installation.
Workmanship and Warranties
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you have a concern about a service we performed, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address it. The specific terms of any workmanship guarantee depend on the service performed and will be communicated at the time of booking or service. This guarantee covers craftsmanship only and does not cover damage caused by use after service.
Manufacturer warranties apply to certain products we install, including STEK paint protection film and window tinting, Shine Supply ceramic coatings, and Johnson Window Film for residential and commercial tinting. These warranties are provided by the manufacturer, and the terms — including coverage, duration, and the process for making a claim — are set by the manufacturer. We’re happy to walk you through what’s covered before you book.
Website Use
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about our services, request quotes, and book appointments. You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws
- Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation, security, or other users
- Copy, reproduce, or republish content from the website without our written permission
- Use automated tools (such as scrapers or bots) to access or collect information from the website
All content on noahsdetailing.com — including text, images, logos, photos, and design — is owned by Noah’s Detailing or used with permission and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Photos of Your Vehicle
We may take before-and-after photos of vehicles we service for our own quality records and for marketing purposes (such as social media, our website, and Google Business Profile). These photos focus on the work performed and generally do not include license plates or personally identifying information. If you’d prefer that we not use photos of your vehicle for marketing, just let us know at the time of service and we’ll respect that request.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Noah’s Detailing and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service we performed will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for damages we are not legally permitted to disclaim, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Disputes and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Before pursuing any formal dispute, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Most concerns can be addressed quickly with a phone call.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the revised version on this page and update the “Last Updated” date above. Continuing to use our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
